Karen Cunningham is the President of Intrust HR. Karen is a senior human resources leader with a work history that illustrates strong strategic management skills, extensive experience and knowledge in human resources, and a career focused on creating value for organizations through the effective development and delivery of HR programs and practices tailored to fit the client’s unique needs. Karen has supported organizations of all sizes and in numerous industries. She holds at Bachelor’s Degree in Business and is certified as a senior-level HR professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

 

In addition to Karen’s 25+ years of navigating the ever-changing world of human resources, she is actively involved in her community through civic, nonprofit, educational, and professional boards and committees. She is also a member of two service organizations.

Rebekah Zetts, SHRM-CP

Senior Consultant

Rebekah Zetts, SHRM-CP, is a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Intrust HR. Rebekah embodies the heart and soul of innovative HR practices with a career that showcases her commitment to creating workplaces where employee relations flourish and legal compliance is seamlessly woven into the fabric of organizational culture. Her role in transforming HR policies, spearheading dynamic recruitment efforts, and mentoring budding talents has left an indelible mark on the organizations she has worked with. Rebekah earned Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources Management, French, and International Studies and is a current MBA student. She has also studied six languages and thrives in both organizational and intercultural communication.

 

In addition to Rebekah’s strong HR background, she fosters a strong commitment to community involvement, particularly within the veteran community and the professional development of emerging HR professionals. Rebekah serves on the Board of DallasHR and is also actively involved with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Corynne Anderson

HR Coordinator

Corynne Anderson is a dynamic and resourceful professional with a versatile administrative support and human resources background. As a Human Resources Coordinator at IntrustHR, Corynne uses her versatile human resources and administrative background to find modern solutions to challenges in today's market. Known for meeting tight deadlines, Corynne consistently ensures that all projects are completed on time, contributing to the organization's overall success.

In the evenings, Corynne works as an Adjunct Director at North Texas Performing Arts in Frisco, Texas. Corynne's excellence shines through in her role of coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless event execution and maintaining efficient administrative operations. Her meticulous approach to compiling essential documents, creating tracking lists, and maintaining detailed notes is a testament to her organizational skills.
